What do I do if I have a problem with my order?
Problems with your
order...
GrubCab.com is not responsible for errors made by the
restaurant 1. You Must Call Within 15 Minutes Of Delivery
in order to ensure that the restaurant will replace the
incorrect or improperly prepared items. Refunds or
replacements will not be provided after the day of delivery.
If we are notified shortly after the delivery is completed, we
will only be able to allow replacement or refund based on the
decision of the restaurant management alone. GrubCab.com is a
3rd party delivery service for our partnering restaurants and
is not authorized to refund or replace items from a restaurant
without approval from the Manager on Duty for that
restaurant. 2. Incorrect items must be returned to the
driver before replacements are provided - If the "problem
item" is missing or eaten (partially or completely) and unable
to be given to the driver for return to the restaurant,
you will be charged for the new item from the restaurant
3. If the problem item is found to be correct by the restaurant and prepared properly, you will be charged for both items

How do I place an order?
You can place an order online or call 239-278-GRUB (4782) and one of our customer service representatives will assist you with placing your order.

How long does it take for delivery?
The average delivery time varies based on volume and time of day. We usually quote between 45 minutes and an hour for dinner deliveries, but we strongly recommend lunch orders to be placed the day before so you can secure your desired delivery time. We recommend that large orders be placed at least the day before and you can schedule deliveries days, weeks, or even months in advance.

What is the delivery charge and food order minimum?
There is a $4.99
delivery charge for orders placed by phone and a $3.99
delivery charge for orders placed online.
Added distance fees will apply to orders that
must travel more than 7 driving miles from the restaurant. An
added fee of $1.00 per mile will be assessed for every driving mile
past 7 miles.
Other charges may also
apply to orders outside of our delivery zone of Fort Myers
There is a $10.00 minimum food
total for all orders.
*There is a 3% processing fee
added to all orders for our cost of operation to continue to
provide you with the best possible experience in Southwest Florida

Can I order from multiple restaurants?
Yes, you can order from multiple restaurants, but we do require that you meet the $10.00 minimum order and pay the normal delivery fee for each restaurant.

Can I order from a restaurant outside my delivery zone?
Delivery zones are limited to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner and will always arrive hot, fresh and delicious. Catering or larger orders are placed in advance and may be available for restaurants outside the delivery area for an additional fee. Please call 239-278-GRUB (4782) and a customer service representative will assist you with your request.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed with the restaurant. If you need to cancel or make changes to an advanced order, call 239-278-GRUB (4782) and a manager will assist you.

Is gratuity for the driver included in my order?
Gratuity is not
included on any lunch or dinner order placed. Please remember
that our drivers work off of

A minimum 10% Gratuity is included for all Catering orders to make sure our drivers are compensated for their hard work. Please inform us if you would like to leave a different TIP amount for the driver
